Zanhotel Europa We arrived by train from Rome to Bologna. We really enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good.

Zanhotel Europa We found the hotel very comfortable and the staff very friendly. Our travel was later in the day and it was no problem for us to stay on an extra hour, so many thanks for that. If we are ever in Bologna again we would certainly return. Maureen and Ross Fallon

Zanhotel Europa The hotel was centrally located and convenient to railway station. The rooms were clean and well presented. The reception staff on the other hand would do well to brush up on their interpersonal skills and dealing with the public. Friendliness, which costs nothing was lacking.....

Zanhotel Europa We were sent to a room that was being worked on, subsequently changed. Smoke smell was evident despite being no smoking floor. Shortage of feather pillows, not enough to satisfy our request. Desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful.

Zanhotel Europa I stayed your hotel only for two days but I enjoyed your hotel because the your hotel cleaned, quiet and old built. however, the your hotel had italian lenguages all the chanels on tv and only 15 . I think it could be engish and than more channels. thanks you for everything
