Residenza Giotto Sylvia & Georgio were very warm and welcoming. They were eager to be helpful in any way possible and provided us with great suggestions. The room was larger than I expected with high ceilings & great air conditioning - very comfortable. Inspite of the hot weather, we had breakfast outside on the forth floor terrace every morning overlooking the Duomo and rooftops of Florence, just magnificent. The location was perfect for our first visit to Florence since we were in the midst of all the action. Still for being so close to the square, the room was fairly quiet.

Residenza Giotto Il personale è discreto ed accogliente e la posizione dell'hotel è favorevolissima per gli spostamenti a piedi nel cuore della città! Tant'è che puoi vivere anche firenze di notte senza preoccuparti di come e quando rientrare in hotel!

Residenza Giotto On souhaiterait ardemment que le rapport qualité-prix soit partout équivalent à celui de la Résidence Giotto, indépendamment du nombre d'étoiles attribué et qui, souvent, ne veut rien dire. Je félicite le propriétaire de la Résidence qui a su comprendre certains besoins des touristes : Ne pas se retrouver chez quelqu'un, comme c'est le cas dans la plupart des B&B, et, éviter l'hôtel, parfois bien impersonnel. Cette formule nous a enchantés avec mention spéciale pour l'accueil simple et chaleureux (Bianca) et des autres membres du personnel. Si nous revenons à Florence, nous savons où aller dormir.

Residenza Giotto Freundlichkeit der Hotelmitarbeiter und die Herzlichkeit in der Kommunikation. Lage des Hotels ist wunderbar und die Tachterrasse mit der Aussicht zum Dom begeistert. Die Nähe zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten und guten Cafes sowie Restaurants ist hervorragend und wichtig für einen Kurztrip. Man kann alle Wege zu Fuß erledigen. Das Geschäftshaus mit der B&B Wohnung in der obersten Etage hat seinen Charm. Wünschenswert wäre eine einfache Bewirtung oder Zugang zu einer Kaffeemaschine um die Dachterrasse auch am Abend zu nutzen.
