The new Aparthotel Residence San Niccolò is located in a glamorous 19th century Mansion, recently refurbished, on the Lungarno riverside in front of Piazzale Michelangelo, a wonderful terrace on the charming Florence view.

It is just a short walk away from the heart of art and culture (Piazza Santa Croce, Piazza della Signoria, La Galleria degli Uffizi, Il Ponte Vecchio), and at the same time it is close to the Avenues which are the main link-up roads in town.

With its new restyling, the Residence San Niccolò combines the old architectural style with the best modern solutions to offer its guests suggestive and confortable stays on the Arno riverside.

Our Apartments are 1-bedroom Apartments and 2-bedrooms Flats located on three floors - with lift - some overlooking the Arno riverside, some other overlooking the typical red roofs and towers of the town.

Each apartment has a cooking corner (electric kitchenette) provided with full cooking equipment and fridge, living area/room, bathroom with shower.

• By bus: BUS n° 14 (last stop along Via Ghibellina), then on the right 200 meters; bus frequency: 5/7 minutes. Or BUS n° 13 (stop Viale Giovine Italia); then on the right 200 meters; bus frequency: 18/20 minutes.

By plane

From Airport Firenze Peretola A.Vespucci:

• By taxi 20 minutes
• By bus: Bus Shuttle to the City, stops at Railway Station S.M. Novella; Bus frequency: 30 minutes. Then bus Nr.14 or 13 (see above).

By Car (fly and drive): Viale Guidoni direction "Centro", turn right on Via Allori and then right again on Via di Novoli: always straight as far as you reach a bridge, then turn left on to Viale Redi as far as you arrive at a traffic light crossing Viale Belfiore; on Viale Belfiore at the traffic light turn left and at the following traffic light turn left again direction Piazza Libertà; on the square Piazza Libertà keep on the right and then straight along Viale Matteotti direction Lungarni; pass through Piazzale Donatello and Piazza Beccaria as far as you arrive at a medieval tower in the centre of the avenue keep on the right and enter the square: we are there on the corner with the Lungarno Zecca Vecchia riverside.

By Car

Exit Firenze SUD; then go on straight along a viaduct and at the bottom there is a traffic light: turn left direction "Centro" and go on straight as far as you arrive at a traffic light with obliged direction on the right: turn right on the Viale Amendola, keep on the left and turn left at the first traffic light, then left again on Viale Giovine Italia, keep on the right as far as you arrive at a medieval tower in the centre of the avenue keep on the right and enter the square: we are there on the corner with the Lungarno Zecca Vecchia riverside.
