“La Palazzina Veneziana” , once a private house in neogothic style and now a refined guest house, is set in one of the most charming corners of Venice. From “Santa Lucia” railway station, if you walk about 500 meters towards Rialto, you’ll reach “Il Ponte delle Guglie” where “La Palazzina” stands.
Guests will appreciate the lovely care profused in every detail by the owner, Mrs Lucia and by her daughter Stefania, who are expert in choosing everything with elegance and refinement in order to assure all their guests an excellent stay in their luxurious and elegant bed and breakfast.
The spacious rooms, all equipped with every modern comfort, resemble with their curtains, upholstery and the lacquered furniture the elegant atmosphere of ancient Venice. Mirrors, carpets and paintings of great value witness the high quality present in every detail. If you visit Ca’ Rezzonico Museum, concerning Venice in the XVIII century, you’ll be astonished because everything here is like a déjà vù.
A sophisticated buffet for breakfast: cereals, delicious jams, honey and fruit in season which can be tasted enjoying a very enchanting view.

From “Santa Lucia” railway station, if you walk about 500 meters towards Rialto, you’ll reach “Il Ponte delle Guglie” where “La Palazzina” stands. For those arriving by train or bus, Cannaregio is the gate to the city and to “Canal Grande”. The old Jewish ghetto with its museums and the majestic palace Ca’ d’Oro, one of the most emblematic buildings of “Canal Grande”, deserve a visit.

By Train
If you travel by train there are no particular problems; you just have to check that your train continues to "Venezia Santa Lucia" Station. Tickets Mestre- Venezia, which are valid for 60 minutes (more than enough, because trains are frequent in Venice and the journey takes you just 10 minutes), should be purchased in the station, at the ticket office or at the left luggage office and obliterated before getting on the train.
To reach "La Palazzina Veneziana", from "Venezia Santa Lucia" railway station take the speamboat (vaporetto) number 42 or 51, which leaves from "Piazzale Roma" and get off at the second stop named "Guglie", right in front of our refined bed and breakfast.
By car
Follow the road signs to Venice until you arrive in “Piazzale Roma”. In “Piazzale Roma” there are several paying garages open 24 hours. Garage San Marco, Piazzale Roma 467/f. There is also a car park run by ACI open 24 hours too.
To reach “La Palazzina Veneziana” take the steamboat (vaporetto) number 42 or 51 which leaves from “Piazzale Roma” and get off at the second stop named “Guglie”, which is placed in front of “La Palazzina Veneziana”.
By plane
Marco Polo Airport is a first class terminal. It is located 12 km by land and 10 km by sea from Venice and it is well connected to the city by public transport (both by land and by sea). The airport is also well connected to Mestre Railway Station.

La Palazzina Veneziana Located close to the train station. Our room was beautifully decorated and furnished in a venetian style, with beautiful fabrics and curtains. Buffet breakfast was great, with a vast selection of tasty food. Strongly recommended.

La Palazzina Veneziana Sono stato il week end del 18 giugno per una notte con 5 miei amici americani. L'hotel molto particolare, le camere molto belle in vero stile veneziano, la pulizia ottima,la posizione dell'hotel veramente comoda alla stazione e a tutti gli spostamenti per visitare venezia, la vista dall'hotel veramente suggestiva e romantica. La cosa che mi ha sorpreso in particolar modo e' stata l'accoglienza del personale che gestisce l'hotel, una cordialita' unica, massiama disponibilita' in tutto...forse e' la cosa che mi ha colpito di piu di tutto il mio soggiorno alla palazzina veneziana, con questo voglio fare un grande complimento per la gentilezza ad Alina e il marito. La consiglio vivamente a chiunque fosse alla ricerca di una sistemazione in venezia. Un saluto ad Alina e spero presto di ritornarci. Alberto

La Palazzina Veneziana The rooms were stunning, beautifully decorated and we loved the layout! They were also extremely clean and well-kept. Alina and her husband could not have been kinder or more welcoming, They made us feel at home, and were so helpful when we were trying to confirm our airline departure. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our family or friends if they are going to visit Venice. And if we are fortunate enough to return to Venice we would definitely stay here again!

La Palazzina Veneziana Would stay here again. Clean smaller hotel, on the canal. Rooms were lovely and close to everything. The staff were so kind and helpful. Felt very safe and secure. We arrived after a 24 hour delay so we were exhausted and the front desk brought us coffee and food to the room without us even suggesting it! Recommend you stay here if you are in Venice and looking for a smaller quiet hotel. We were on an anniversary trip and it was lovely.

La Palazzina Veneziana This bed & breakfast exceeded all expectations. Our room had an amazing balcony that directly overlooked a bridge on the Grand Canal. Elina, the hotel manager, treated us like family. We had actually considered staying in a five star hotel, but were so glad we stayed at La Palazzina Veneziana instead. Our room was beautifully furnished wil elegant fabrics and linens. We enjoyed eating our lovely breakfast and sipping our morning coffee, watching the many gondolas glide past. Highly recommended!

La Palazzina Veneziana Das Gasthaus liegt sehr zentral und alles ist gut zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung ist einfach wunderschön und sehr hochwertig. Wir waren in Venedig auch schon im "Danieli" und die können sich vom "La Palazzina Veneziana" ein Stück abschneiden! Absolute Empfehlung!!!

La Palazzina Veneziana Die Zimmer sind sauber, in 4 Tagen keine sauberen Handtücher. Die Duschkabine war undicht beim Duschen überschwemmung im Bad.Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Der Stil der Zimmer war sehr schön.Die Lage um Kanal war schön aber laut. Ein Hotel zum übernachten ,aber mehr nicht.Die Dame am Empfang waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.Die lage des Hotels war für uns eine gute Ausgangsposition.Der Preis ist zu hoch aber Venedig angepasst.Frühstück standard.

La Palazzina Veneziana O destaque é sem dúvida alguma o atendimento: a presteza e a simpatia realmente são excelentes. A qualidade das instalações e a localização do hotel também são fatores importantes.
