Hotel Santa Croce The location is great, only steps away from Piazza Santa Croce, the railway station and the other sights. Front desk staff were outstanding, they just could not do enough. Thank you.

Hotel Santa Croce Very kind and helpful staff. Great location. Nice and quiet room. The only drawback was a very simple breakfast but I can't complain since I knew it from the official Web page of the hotel. Next time in Florence I'll stay there again.

Hotel Santa Croce Hotel Santa Croce is ideally located and good value for money. Every member of staff we spoke to was most courteous, attentive and helpful. By the time we arrived we had decided that we wished to shorten our stay in Florence by one day so that we could spend a full day and night in Pisa. Not only did the reception staff deal with this request in a positive fashion, they also made phone calls to help sort out our journey to Pisa. Our room was sparsely furnished but large and clean. Breakfast was plain and simple - cereal, French toast and brioche (both cellophane wrapped) jam, juice; BUT best of all there was proper Italian coffee made to your order from the espresso machine by a most pleasant lady who also offered second helpings. We had no complaints at all: we both were content that the Santa Croce Hotel was excellent value.

Hotel Santa Croce Right in the heart of the city, just behind Uffizi Gallery and 1 minute from Piazza Santa Croce. Very nice staff, clean rooms but poor breakfast which could be definetely improved. The coffee is excellent anyway. (Sandrine, Romania).

Hotel Santa Croce Das Santa Croce liegt optimal im Herzen von Florenz, jedoch ist es ganz ruhig und stressfrei. Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder.

Hotel Santa Croce Hallo, es ist zwar schon fast 1 Jahr her, dass wir in Florenz waren, aber beim Durchsehen meines Email-Postfaches wurde die Zeit wieder sehr präsent - und zwar durchweg positiv. Das ist nicht zuletzt unserem Aufenthalt im "Santa Croce" zu verdanken. Eine absolute Superlage mitten im Zentrum und dennoch ruhig, ein sehr nettes hilfsbereites Team an der Rezeption (die Verständigung geschah mit Händen und Füßen und war trotzdem erfolgreich!), ein relativ großes sauberes Zimmer mit neuem, ebenfalls sehr sauberem Duschbad. Unser Auto ließ sich in einer Tiefgarage in der Nähe (4 Min.) gegen Gebühr parken, ein- und ausladen konnten wir vor dem Hoteleingang: typisch enge Gasse, Italiener warten auch ziemlich gelassen :-). Das Frühstück war eher schlicht, eben typisch italienisch! Alles in allem: Wir waren absolut zufrieden und würden sofort wieder dort übernachten wollen. Nette Grüße aus NRW, Jutta und Andreas
