The stables and workshops of a 13th century mansion that belongs to a family of Ascoli nobility have been redesigned. Now they incorporate history with modern technology in order to create a wonderful "House full of charm".

THE WINTER GARDEN This comfortable lounge, set amongst green foliage, has natural daylight filtering down through a pyramidal glass roof. The gentle murmur of water flowing from the marble fountain aids relaxation. The lounge has it own bar service.

THE SALON These pleasant rooms with feather sofas, beautiful armchairs and local Ascolan ceramics are there for your enjoyment: for reading, for talking or just for relaxing.

THE RECEPTION The owner, Mrs. Maria Enrica Tassi will be glad to show you everything concerning History, art, shopping and cooking specialities.

MEETING ROOM Suitable for meetings and conferences of up to 40 people. It is furnished and equipped according to your requirements. There is also the possibility of hiring larger meeting rooms in an adjoining building.

All 14 of the exclusive and quiet bedrooms over look the ancient centre of Ascoli and have been created for details lovers.

Every room has wooden beamed ceilings and parquet flooring but all of the rooms are different-some have terraces; others have canopied beds.

All are lavishly furnished with a mixture of the family's own furniture and designer pieces.

Original works of art decorate the walls.

Mediterranean cooking … A special way to appreciate good food that speaks of the sun and the sea, of the tastes and smells of the kitchen garden, of the bread aroma, of warm pasta and DOC olive oil. We are happy to organise small parties within the stunning setting of this typically Ascolan architecture.

Located in the winter garden, the bar service remains always open.
