Hotel Charleston Сполето

The Charleston Hotel is a recently restored 17th century building in the historic centre of Spoleto, next to the museum of Modern and Contemporary Arts and to the Theatre. Guests are welcomed in a quiet and friendly atmosphere with a glowing fireplace in the sitting room throughout the winter season.

Available to all guests are a private garage, a sauna, an internet facility and a fully equipped conference room (capacity 50 people).

Our rooms, decorated with parquet floors and original paintings, set up an elegant and tasteful atmosphere. Each one is characterized by different colours and furniture, by an harmonic combination of ancient and modern and by Mastro Raphaël precious fabrics, that make any room really special and unique.

To those who love to spend their vacation having an independent place at disposal, we propose the apartment accomodation. In the historical centre, our two apartments have been recovered trying not to lose the original charm: the 'San Martino' apartment is characterized by arched ceilings, flies and stone walls; the 'Collicola' by imposing wooden beams and a tipical fireplace. They both can welcome from 2 to 4 people and are furnished with self-governing heating system, kitchen, bed linen and tv.

Exit Spoleto Nord turn left at the cross-roads (follow the sign 'Centro') and go straight on till you enter the arches in Piazza Garibaldi; from here, take the way on your left, towards the historical centre (always follow the sign 'Centro'): after the second bend (1 km about), on your right there are Piazza Collicola and the Hotel, at few minutes walking distances from main monuments and places of interest in town.

From Rome: Highway A1 towards Florence, exit Orte, direction Terni-Spoleto.

From Milan-Florence: Highway A1 towards Rome, exit Val di Chiana, direction Perugia - Foligno - Spoleto.

Other option, from Milan-Bologna: Highway A14 towards Ancona, exit Cesena Nord: here you take Freeway E45 to Perugia.
